Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and welcoming Host to assist with the front-of-house activities at our restaurant. As the first point of contact, the Host plays a crucial role in ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and enjoy a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, manage reservations, and oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service. Guest Service: Address and accommodate special requests, dietary needs, and seating preferences to enhance guest satisfaction.
