Accounting Generalist

Overview We are seeking a motivated Accounting Generalist with strong technical skills and the ability to support multiple areas of accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of professional experience, hold a degree in Accounting, and be fluent in both English and Portuguese. Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr Responsibilities Perform general accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management. Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for management. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accounting support for operational and financial initiatives. Communicate effectively in both English and Portuguese with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required). Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience. Bilingual: English and Portuguese (required). Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred).
