Position Summary

The Buffet Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service during weekend breakfast service. This role supports smooth buffet operations by ensuring food stations are well-stocked, the dining area remains clean and organized, and guests receive a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast buffet items in a timely and attractive manner.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and freshness throughout service.
• Keep buffet stations, dining areas, and service areas clean and organized at all times.
• Assist guests courteously and respond promptly to requests or questions.
• Communicate inventory or replenishment needs to kitchen or supervisory staff.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Support the breakfast team with closing duties, including cleaning and restocking for the next shift.

Qualifications

Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred. Strong guest-service mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
