Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Demonstrated experience or coursework in pediatric or school-based physical therapy
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and legal requirements in schools
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and family consultation
• Ability to manage a small caseload proactively and independently
• Flexibility for scheduling approximately half to full days per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted PT services and interventions to students per IEP mandates
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
• Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and documentation
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and monitor student progress
