Kapco Inc. is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector on 2nd shift at our Osceola, WI facility. Primary Responsibilities Evaluates parts and processes and reports non-conformances. Maintains the QMS system for control of Non-conforming materials and Corrective and Preventive Actions. Calibrates measurement and test equipment and fixtures. lnterprets blueprints, control plans and engineering specifications. Maintains documentation and records. Trains others in Quality as needed. Corresponds as needed regarding vendor and customer issues. lnvolved in New Product Development. Participates in Advanced Product Quality Planning and assembles Product Part Approval Process documentation for new product submissions. Investigates and documents 8D formatted corrective actions. Completes inspections reports and bubble drawings. Updates control plans as necessary. performs internal audits as assigned and stops production when quality issues are detected. Promotes and participates on improvement teams, as needed. Other projects and duties as assigned.
