Responsibilities Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and software-related technologies. Collaborate with clients to understand and protect their innovations. Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses. Requirements 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Admission to the USPTO. Education Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Certifications USPTO registration. Skills Strong writing and communication abilities. Experience with machine learning, telecommunications, and hardware security. Benefits Medical, dental, and life insurance.
