Certified Automotive Technician/Mechanic - Excellent Benefits & No Weekends

Certified Line Technician/MechanicDo you think all dealerships are the same? Think again. While many dealerships are corporate owned with a primary focus on profits, our focus is on people: our customers and our employees. This is the core value that has driven us for many generations and the reason why we have raving reviews on social media and why our employees love to work here. "Take care of customers and employees, and money will take care of itself". This is one of our key mottos and why we have been vetted and have earned the Mechanics Marketplace Best Workplace badge of excellence. So how do we reward our employees above and beyond their wages? We have a quarterly Gold Wrench Award where the winner is rewarded a paid day off, a $100 gift certificate and 4 other perks. You're sick one day? We'll bring you food to your house. We are a family-owned Lincoln and Ford dealership and we have been in business for over 60 years. Our dealership is growing rapidly; we are booked out 8 weeks in advance and we've several new stalls to accommodate the big demand for our quality service.
