Purchasing and Inventory Control Coordinator

Compensation: Commensurate with experience but ranging between $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Location: Costa Mesa, California Major Duties and Responsibilities: Examples of the duties and responsibilities include : Perform all purchasing functions, such as issuing purchase orders (PO’s), invoice creation, pricing verification, payment authorization, complete entries into accounting system Identify/resolve any all issues related to product quality, pricing, delivery, utilization, and loss Perform month end reconciliation process; research any variances and authorize appropriate inventory adjustments Receive all parts supplies and materials and enter into database Perform various projects/tasks needed by management Tracking inventory, controlling the flow of equipment, and the ordering of inventory Develop a standard reordering of inventory process and ensure inventory was received. Able to organize, inspect, and efficiently track inventory. Maintain the product information within the P21 system (adding and deleting items, setting stock levels, changing descriptions, etc.)

SKILLS

Must be experienced in purchasing and inventory control management Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgment Excellent verbal and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrate proficiency in purchasing principles. Knowledge of Excel Regarding Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Remote work from outside the United States is not permitted.
