We are seeking a quality-driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our post-acute care team in Dover, NJ . This is an in-person, part-time opportunity (2 days/week ) rounding in skilled nursing facilities.This role offers excellent support, strong autonomy, and exceptional earning potential. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, medical histories, and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor clinical progress and coordinate care to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, facility nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in full compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New Jersey.
• Credentials: Valid DEA registration.
• Experience: Background in post-acute, acute, emergency department, or clinic settings preferred.
• New Grads: Open to entry-level applicants with a strong clinical foundation.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Location: Ability to commute regularly to facilities in Dover, NJ (Required).
