Front Desk Supervisor

Job Details: Job Location: 21107 State Route 410 E, Bonny Lake, WA - Bonny Lake, WA 98391. Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.75 Hourly. Full-Time & Part-Time. Hourly + Sales Bonuses. Work Location: In person. Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
