Job Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Assembler for a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity to join a union environment offering stability while working on hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly projects. We're looking for candidates who can read drawings, work independently, and take pride in producing high-quality work.


Responsibilities

• Assemble products using electrical drawings and schematics
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical assembly prints
• Perform electrical wiring and mechanical assembly tasks
• Follow production schedules and complete work independently
• Communicate with Shop Leads regarding production and quality needs
• Assist with shop cleanup and organization
• Support coworkers with additional tasks as needed
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical assembly drawings
• Experience with electrical wiring and assembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills
• Ability to work independently and follow production schedules
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Kearny, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
