What You Will DoAn Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment. Safety and Compliance: Inspects the workplace for potential safety hazards and ensures that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Ensures that contractors are trained, have the required permits and follow the safety rules Planning and Scheduling: Develops and manages detailed maintenance schedules and work orders for repairs and routine and preventive maintenance tasksCoordination: Works closely with maintenance technicians, process / mechanical / electrical engineers, line or department leader and other departments to prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities. Resource Management: Estimates the time and resources required for maintenance tasks. Ensures the availability of necessary spare parts and tools. Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and maintenance costs using maintenance management software. Start up: Tracks and improves the start up after the maintenance shuts.
