Description

American Traveler is hiring an X-Ray Technologist for an Urgent Care setting, requiring ARRT certification and BLS.

Details

• Work at multiple Urgent Care/Immediate Care locations across Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Greenville, SC
• May float to other campuses as needed
• Variable day and evening shifts totaling 40 hours per week, including weekends
• Day hours include 8A-5P, 8A-530P, and 7A-330P; evening hours include 2P-5P, 3P-930P, 3P-9P, and 330P-830P
• Responsibilities include taking X-rays, rooming patients, taking vital signs, and adding medical/pharmacy information to charts

Requirements

• ARRT and SCRQSA certifications required
• BLS certification required
• 2 years of experience preferred; 1 year may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required
• License required if applicable; pending state license accepted but must be obtained prior to starting

Additional Information

• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius; those within 75 miles are not eligible for travel rate
• All RTO requests must be submitted with the initial submission; requests made afterward will not be considered
• Facility maintains an attendance policy for travelers; missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
• Pass/fail testing required during orientation, including a Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test for all units
• Former SRHS perm staff are not eligible to return as travelers
