WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Licensed Physical Therapist with active California credentials Pediatric experience, ideally with the birth-to-three population Genuine passion for early intervention and family-centered care Already residing in the San Fernando Valley, or already secured housing and actively relocating there Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the San Fernando Valley (15-20 mile radius) Ready to build a substantial, full-time caseload (30-35+ billable hours/week) — this isn't the right fit for anyone seeking under 20 billable hours/week

COMPENSATION

Start with an $85,000 base salary, then grow it with a productivity bonus as your caseload builds. Clinicians who reach a full 35 billable-hour/week caseload can earn up to $155,000/year. Annual Earning Potential 25 hrs/week Up to $93,750 30 hrs/week Up to $120,000 35 hrs/week Up to $155,000 Full-time employees also receive PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, CEUs, and more.

THE LOGISTICS (READ BEFORE APPLYING)

Full-time definition: 30-35+ billable hours scheduled per week Caseload build: Full-time within 90 days of start, with a guarantee built in; sometimes faster depending on location and desired caseload Commitment: Due to abandonment-of-care requirements for the vulnerable population we serve, we ask for an 18-month minimum clinical continuity commitment (8 weeks' notice if you're unable to fulfill it) Territory: San Fernando Valley, within a 20-mile catchment area connected to regional center referrals
