General Otolaryngologist | Western, PA

An established ENT practice with a strong pediatric population, dedicated OR time, and a focus on work-life balance.

A great hospital organization is seeking a General Otolaryngologist to join its established practice as a replacement hire. The practice has a loyal patient base, strong referral relationships, and the opportunity to build and expand your scope over time.

The Opportunity

● 600K base salary + RVU potential 75,000 Sign On Bonus

● S tudent loan assistance

● 3 clinic days + 2 OR days; 4-day workweek possible

● Dedicated OR block time

● Strong pediatric ENT volume

● New APP being added for physician support and follow-ups

● 240 hours PTO + 3K CME

● 401(k), 403(b), and 457 retirement options

● 3-year contract with retention bonus (negotiable)

Who We're Looking For

Board-certified/eligible ENT physicians who are surgically skilled, communicate well with children and families, and enjoy practicing in a close-knit community. New graduates are welcome if well-trained , and fellowship-trained physicians will be considered. Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
