Location: Bridgeton, MO Job Id: 2656 # of Openings: 1 Position Summary - Help members through one of life's biggest milestones- retirement. As a Retirement Benefit Specialist, you'll guide members through retirement and beneficiary application processes, ensure benefits are processed accurately, and provide exceptional customer service in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Review retirement and death benefit applications for completeness. Contact applicants to obtain missing information. Answer member questions regarding retirement eligibility and payment processes. Coordinate with vendors to process benefit payments. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities. Support audits, reports, and ongoing process improvements. We’re Looking for Someone Who Is detail-oriented and highly organized. Can multitask in a fast-paced office. Communicates professionally. Has strong problem-solving skills. Works well independently and on a team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Administrative, customer service, financial services, or retirement experience preferred. No retirement administration experience required—we provide training. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. Work Schedule Full time. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. Required in office (no at-home days).
