Podmore is the jewel of downtown with an incredible cocktail program and delicious all-day and brunch menus in one of the most beautiful restaurants in Honolulu. We pour incredibly inventive cocktails and serve scrumptious comfort food with British influence. As the sister restaurant of Senia, we create from scratch and execute with excellence.

THE POSITION:
This role incorporates all aspects of bartending from cocktail prep, to being at the well, to executing our specialty cocktails, to managing guests’ experiences both at the bar and in the dining room and providing the highest level of service. At Podmore, we focus on quality and making great memories, not massive volume and crazy partying.
