This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for real sales professionals who know how to build relationships, control conversations, and close consistently.

Compensation & Earnings

Pay Range: $120,000 – $300,000+ annually

Top performers can exceed this range depending on production.

Compensation Structure:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with business owners
• Analyzing basic business financials
• Structuring funding solutions alongside our underwriting team
• Managing and tracking pipeline activity in CRM
• Closing new deals
• Maintaining client relationships for renewals and repeat funding

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Competitive and highly self-motivated
• Comfortable in a high-performance, high-energy sales floor
• Experienced in real sales (required)
• Strong communicators with closing ability
• Hungry for uncapped income

No license required to start.

Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) is highly preferred but not required.
