As a Service Advisor at Eurotech, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive repair services. Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers needing automotive repair services
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines
Coordinate with our team of technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic automotive repair concepts
