Senior Legal Billing Specialist — Hybrid (Aderant Expert)

HumanHire is partnered with a top national Mid-Size Law Firm to find a Senior Billing Specialist to join the firm’s growing team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm billing experience, strong knowledge of the Aderant billing system, and the ability to manage complex billing processes in a fast-paced professional environment. We Offer: Pay: $80-100K Base Salary plus OT and Bonus Hybrid Flexibility: 2-3 days remote weekly Great Benefits: 401K, Annual Merit Salary Increase, PTO, Medical, and more Responsibilities: Prepare, review, edit, and process client invoices and prebills using Aderant Submit electronic invoices and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and LEDES requirements Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding billing edits, rates, write-offs, and billing inquiries Review billing data for accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies or rejected invoices Generate billing and financial reports, monitor work-in-progress, and assist with collections efforts Qualifications: 3+ years of Legal Billing experience within a Law Firm Aderant proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr Human Hire
