Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist position available in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, ensuring their effective return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Address: Philadelphia, PA
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active and applicable state license; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous successful assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired.
- Additional Information: The position requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, and participation in professional development activities. Candidates should adhere to state practice acts and organizational standards, maintaining licensure in good standing.
