Sarasota, FL | Part-Time or Full-Time | Nights + Weekends Required

Fin & Tonic is looking for energetic, professional bartenders with a passion for hospitality and a flair for crafting unforgettable guest experiences. If you're personable, detail-oriented, and love mixing classic and creative cocktails-let's talk.

What You'll Do:

Greet and engage guests, take drink orders, and deliver exceptional bar service

Recommend and serve classic cocktails, wines, and house-crafted signature drinks

Ensure guest safety and compliance by checking IDs

Use TOAST POS to input detailed orders, handle tabs, and process payments

Maintain knowledge of all bar, wine, and food menus-including ingredients and allergens

Assist with opening/closing duties, private events, and additional FOH responsibilities as needed

Who You Are:

Positive, engaging, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Team-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills

Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Requirements:

Weekend availability is a must

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Bartending experience strongly preferred

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and able to pass all required checks
