Compensation:

$101,000 at plan earnings to start

Responsibilities:

• Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required.
• Follow a leadership advancement track with career growth opportunities.
• Engage in structured coaching, mentorship, and training programs.
• Provide guidance on insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must located in San Diego, CA
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model, including in-person meetings and training.
• Commitment to obtaining necessary financial licenses and certifications with company support.
