Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant concept focused on quality
• Ability to work well in a high-volume, pressured environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven history of success in managing financials
• Ability to develop a positive team culture and a supportive work environment that encourages success
• Experience in catering and delivery is a plus
• Responsibilities include selecting, training, and developing restaurant staff, leading and motivating the team, engaging with guests, overseeing scheduling, maintaining labor costs, and ensuring exceptional food quality and service speed
