Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time

We are seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide patient care in Mesa, Arizona. Role & Responsibilities Deliver outpatient physical therapy services, primarily focusing on pelvic health and non-pelvic outpatient care. Manage a caseload with a majority of pelvic health patients, providing one-to-one patient care. Utilize EMR system (Prompt) for documentation and patient management. Work in shifts totaling 30 hours weekly, including three 8-hour days and one 6-hour day. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an accredited institution. Active State License required prior to start. Experience in pelvic health and outpatient services is essential. Certification in BLS from AHA or ARC may be required.
