Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting safe transitions of care. You will float to units based on census and acuity, utilize advanced clinical technology, and participate in continuous learning, quality initiatives, and a culture of teamwork, respect, and compassion.
