Job Description:
- Responsibility: Provide scheduling support for laser cutting and forming operations, ensuring efficient production flow.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree + 1 year scheduling preferred; high school diploma + 5 years production scheduling accepted.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; intermediate Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups); SAP strongly preferred.
- Work Environment: 50%+ on production floor, remainder in office, collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and schedulers.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Team Orientation: Must thrive in a team environment while managing daily tasks independently.
- Shift Details: 3rd Shift (10 PM - 6 AM, 8 hours); overtime possible but not guaranteed; flexibility to support alternate shifts.
