This role is responsible for helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors while supporting the Village’s commitment to exceptional service and quality care.**Shift:** 4:00 PM – 12:00 AMThis position follows a rotating two-week pay period schedule:* **Week 1:** Monday through Friday* **Week 2:** Three weekdays plus Saturday and SundaySchedules may vary based on departmental needs. This position also includes **on-call responsibilities** as required.**What You’ll Do as an CLV Safety Associate:*** Monitor the safety of the campus, residents, staff, and visitors.* Conduct routine patrols and inspections of buildings and grounds.* Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and resident assistance calls.* Transport staff or residents within campus grounds as requested.* Document incidents and maintain accurate reports.* Assist with enforcing community safety policies and procedures.* Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and emergency personnel when necessary.* Provide excellent customer service while promoting a safe and welcoming environment.### ### **Why Join Carroll Lutheran Village?**At Carroll Lutheran Village, you'll be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and excellence.
