• $3,000 monthly base PLUS a tiered commission structure that's more competitive than most agencies—loaded with incentives and bonuses that reward your performance. The harder you work, the more you make. Period.

Your path with us:

Once you've proven yourself and built a strong foundation, you'll move into a full sales producer role, writing your own business and earning full commission. Responsibilities

What you'll do as you grow into the producer role:

• Advise prospects on property and casualty insurance and guide them toward smart, informed decisions
• Work the warm leads we provide AND generate your own through networking and social media
• Build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
• Deliver standout customer service that always puts the client's best interest first
• Follow strong, proven processes when writing business

Requirements
