Responsibilities Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
