Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques
- Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinic and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Outpatient experience preferred, but we welcome motivated new graduates
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
- Patient-centered care and education
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Knowledge of rehab techniques and safety protocols
