Autonomy-Driven In-Home ABA Therapist (RBT Support)

Paid training and RBT certification assistance provided, no experience necessary! Work Environment This position is best for someone who loves autonomy! It involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At‑Home teammate works closely with patients and their families to create a supportive, nurturing learning environment. Teammates typically work with one to two patients each day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm, or 8 am to 5 pm with a one‑hour transition between patients. Responsibilities Travel to Clients’ Homes : Embrace the opportunity to drive up to 45 minutes one way to patient homes. Autonomous Working Style : Self‑motivated individuals who take ownership of their caseload. Apply one‑on‑one ABA principles to help children with autism reach their full potential. Work with children ages 18 months to 12 years. Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a team committed to ABC’s core values. Use your personal vehicle to arrive promptly and focus entirely during direct therapy sessions. Salary High School / Associate’s Degree: $15.50–$23.50 per hour Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50–$25.50 per hour Master’s Degree: $17.50–$27.00 per hour First raise earned after RBT certification. Qualifications Backgrounds such as childcare provider, nanny, babysitter, preschool/infant teacher, Montessori guide, tutor, substitute teacher, mental health advocate, qualified mental health professional (QMHP), behavioral health technician, camp counselor, childcare volunteer, Sunday school teacher, or related teaching/education fields. Degree in any field is preferred; a college degree is a plus. Passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Commitment to show up daily, including reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Eagerness to be part of a caring, team‑oriented culture.
