Ensure aircraft is maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and presentation, while contributing to a unified team across all bases through collaboration, communication, and shared best practices.What You'll Do:Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and approved manualsEnsure all work is completed safely, accurately, and documented properly in maintenance recordsDiagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems, including avionics, engines, hydraulics, flight controls, and fuel systemsInspect, test, and verify serviceability of aircraft components and systemsMaintain accurate and complete maintenance logs and discrepancy reportsConduct receiving inspections on parts and ensure proper inventory control and traceabilitySupport aircraft on-site during maintenance events or AOG situationsPromote a strong safety culture through active participation and adherence to safety policiesTo be an active member of the Safety management system within the department.Collaborate with team members across bases to ensure consistency, knowledge sharing, and best practicesAssist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiencyTravel as required to support operational needs, aircraft movement and hangar dutiesWhat You'll Bring:FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate8+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experienceExperience with medium to large business jets is preferred. Currency/Experience on Citation Sovereign is considered beneficial.Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance standardsProven troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skills; willingness to support and learn from othersValid driver's licenseValid passport with ability to travel internationallyProficiency with maintenance tracking systems and general computer applicationsSelf-motivated with a positive, safety-first attitudePre-employment drug and alcohol testing is requiredCompensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role in Illinois is between $91,200 - $143,220. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
