Immediate Caregiver Opening in Millersburg

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers for an immediate opening with a client in Millersburg, PA .

Current Hours Available

Morning Hours

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Sunday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Evening Hours

• Saturday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Sunday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Monday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

You do not need to be available for every shift. Available hours may be split between caregivers based on availability.

Pay: $15/hour

This opportunity may be a great fit for someone looking for part-time morning or evening hours, supplemental income, or caregiving work that fits around another schedule.

You'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the client's home and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent.

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming

• Help with mobility and everyday activities

• Prepare meals

• Complete light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Assist with errands or appointments when needed

• Follow the individual's care plan

• Document the services you provide

Looking for additional hours? Depending on current client needs, your location and availability, there may be opportunities to work with additional clients.

What We're Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Have a valid driver's license

• Have reliable transportation

• Be able to complete required background checks

• Be dependable, caring and patient

• Be available for at least some of the currently available Millersburg shifts

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
