If you're skilled in full-cycle (360) recruitment, pharmaceutical talent acquisition, and stakeholder management , and are excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for.


Key Accountabilities

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle (360) recruitment across a portfolio of pharmaceutical and technical roles.
• Utilize your sourcing expertise and recruitment technology skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, CRM, and Workday) to identify and engage top talent.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Manage 20-30 requisitions simultaneously , ensuring strong requisition hygiene and an efficient hiring process.
• Drive continuous improvements in talent acquisition processes and candidate quality through your attention to detail, organization, and market expertise.

Skills & Requirements What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in full-cycle (360) recruitment within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience recruiting for technical and hard-to-fill pharmaceutical roles .
• Strong expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management .
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Workday, and CRM platforms (or similar tools)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and 20-30 requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail .
• Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience as a corporate/in-house recruiter .
• Strong market research and talent mapping capabilities.

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is US : $72,500 - $103,400 USD and Canada: $76,000 - $100,000 CAD plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
