Job Description Handle No-Fault arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Appear at arbitration hearings and advocate on behalf of clients Draft position statements, briefs, and legal correspondence Review medical records, billing documentation, and claim files Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Manage an assigned caseload with guidance from senior attorneys Qualifications Active New York State Bar admission in good standing 2+ years of law office experience Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment Experience in litigation, arbitration, insurance defense, no-fault, personal injury, or medical billing disputes is a plus but not required Why You Will Love Working Here You'll gain meaningful courtroom and arbitration exposure, real client interaction, and mentorship from experienced attorneys who want to see you grow.
