Job Details

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and ongoing client communication
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
Conduct depositions and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage case workflow
Stay current on PA personal injury law, procedure, and relevant case law
