Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent in Marysville, WA to welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, process applications, and secure leases. You will support lease renewals and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while aligning with management budgets. The role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and sales skills, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a pay range of $23–$26 per hour, DOE, plus monthly commissions.
