Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2+ years of OR experience required License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred Must-Have: Clienttion badge is required and must be provided by the agency Description: Position/Specialty: OR RN Shift: 4x10s, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Ratios: 1:1 Weekend Requirements: On-call requirement of one day every week and one weekend per month. Travelers may be required to float between campuses due to census and staffing needs. Travelers accepted with no first-time travelers permitted. Clienttion badge is required and must be provided by the agency. Block schedule accommodations require manager's approval based on unit needs. Facility has a daily patient census of 8-12. Additional unit information includes interdisciplinary support services such as Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy. Travelers should be prepared to be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. All required documentation must be completed in a timely manner to meet pre-start compliance deadlines.
