Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health history, challenges, and goals, subsequently developing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic sessions primarily through teletherapy, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidenced-based modalities tailored to the client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring their progress, adjusting the treatment approach as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in line with ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

• Participate in continual professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and peer supervision sessions, thereby enhancing clinical skill sets and staying current with emerging mental health practices.

Qualifications\n
