About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, client-facing GTM and operations professional to report directly to Safari AI's CEO and manage a meaningful part of the Go To Market sales motion and business operations. You’ll have the opportunity to iterate on existing and create new AI agents to automate the execution of mission-critical day-to-day work, setting the company up for scale and support the company’s most pressing strategic initiatives to help grow the business. You'll be expected to manage our growing network of AI agents so you can spend most to all of your time engaging with prospects, existing clients and partners.x This role is likely a 12-month remit, whereby a successful hire will be asked to 'choose their own adventure' in a new, full-time role in a GTM group such as Sales, Growth Marketing, Partnerships/Biz Dev, Product or Client Success. The CEO and growing Go-To-Market team are based in Miami and this role would be expected to work from the Safari AI's Coconut Grove office. What you will be Leading Upgrading, iteration and creation of existing and new AI agents - in partnership with our Eng. team - to automate and improve the quality of our Marketing, Sales, and Client Success engagement Pair up with the CEO to enable and scale up founder-led sales and client upsells (to be clear: this is not a sales position) Manage our CRM, revenue reporting and other sales KPI's Lead essential business operations functions, including but not limited to Finance, Vendor Management, Investor Relations, Auditing, and other everyday functions Manage the company model and budget Requirements for the Role Strong professional track record demonstrating business impact and adaptability 3+ years of experience in Finance, Management Consulting, or similar Operations / Finance / Strategy leadership position at a early- or mid-stage startup Desire to learn how to be an AI agent savant Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Bias for action with natural ability to multitask Eager to "eat responsibility" and not wait to be told what to do Desire to work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates in the office Why bet on Computer Vision and Safari AI?
