️ Travel Physical Therapist – 13 Week Contract | Days
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting outpatient travel opportunity in Silt, Colorado! Location: Silt, CO⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts | Days vary | No weekends
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 38 hrs/week
EMR: EPIC Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
✅ Current Colorado PT License (DORA) or Colorado Compact
✅ Minimum 3 years PT experience
✅ BLS through American Heart Association
Flu vaccination required Oct. 1–Apr. 1 — no declinations Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat a variety of diagnoses to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Collaborate with families and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate clinical documentation Assignment Details:
Outpatient Rehabilitation
Holiday coverage required; guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays
No mileage reimbursement
