Milieu Manager: Behavioral Health & Program Leadership

Summit BHC is seeking a Milieu Manager for The Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock, TX. You will lead the therapeutic milieu, supervise BHA staff, coordinate with nursing, and ensure safe client care in a regulated environment.
