Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage one or more technology projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, resource management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills, along with experience using project management tools and Agile methodologies.

The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, manage workloads, and ensure project deliverables are completed within established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.

• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate activities across functional groups.

• Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.

• Identify resource requirements and coordinate with management to secure the necessary resources.

• Monitor project progress, team workloads, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and functional departments.

• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and portfolio information.

• Apply Agile methodologies and appropriate project management practices to support delivery objectives.

• Support continuous improvement in project governance, planning, and execution processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level experience in project management, preferably within IT or technology-driven environments.

• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

• Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and portfolio management tools.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
