About the Role
This is a high-visibility seat supporting two trademark partners with significant autonomy and direct client interaction. You will run U.S. and foreign prosecution end to end - TEAS filings, specimens and first-use follow-up, office actions, foreign counsel instruction, and docket management from application through registration and renewal - plus clearance searches, enforcement support, and client reporting.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years of dedicated trademark paralegal experience at a law firm
- Trademark-only background - this role is not a fit for patent or mixed-IP practice
- Full-cycle U.S. prosecution: TEAS, office actions, specimens, renewals; strong TMEP command
- Foreign prosecution: Madrid Protocol/WIPO, instructing foreign counsel, notarization/legalization
- Proficiency with IP docketing systems (PATTSY, CPI, or similar); clearance search experience
- Polished written communication and client-facing presence; works independently under deadlines
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree
