Patient Access Representative

Clinic Scheduling, Registration and Check In
- Accurately and appropriately schedules patients.
- Confirm arrival time, appointment time, and any other applicable
- Look for existing orders and link them to appointment.
- Monitor and schedule the Referral Workque’s as assigned.
- Accurately and appropriately register and check in patients for their
- 12 hrs weekly, .3fte, Casual
- Emergency Room Registration Shifts, every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday,
- 2-year degree in related studies; and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting or
- Experience in a customer service setting.
- Experience with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
