How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Perform advanced technical procedures and interventions using CRRT, ECMO, hypo/hyperthermia protocol, Level one rapid transfuser, Swan, Stroke
• Act as the Clinical Liaison byTranslating complex medical plans into clear, compassionate language 
• Engage in effective team collaboration, including rapid response and initiative participation.
• You will be working in a high-acuity, 32-bed unit where the patient-to-nurse ratio is 2:1.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
