Your goal as a Physical Therapist is to maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels. You'll be a part of a progressive practice providing superior physical therapy care to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

DUTIES

Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals Administer physical therapy treatment consistent with the established plan of care Addressing patient concerns and educating them on their injury, and progress Write timely and accurate documentation including evaluations and progress notes

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state, or license eligible 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; new DPT grads are welcome to apply! Interest in working with a progressive team of enthusiastic clinicians
