Job Title ACCOUNTING – BOOKKEEPER PT (Part Time) Job Details Location: CARSWELL GROUP - FENTON, MI 48430 Position Type: Part Time Category: Accounting Job Summary Part‑time entry‑level bookkeeping position responsible for data entry, invoice processing, file management, and providing general administrative support to the Accounting Department. We are seeking organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated individuals who are eager to begin or grow their career in accounting within a collaborative team environment. Work closely with the accounting team to support the Accounts Payable (A/P) process, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all related tasks. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. One or more years of office or administrative experience preferred, or post‑secondary education with a concentration in accounting or a related field. Experience with accounting and/or property management software is preferred but not required. Skills & Qualifications Experience with MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and similar databases. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to process a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Deadline‑oriented with strong time management skills. Responsibilities & Duties Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments on a weekly basis. Communicating with corporate and field staff to share information and resolve issues as they arise. Assisting Accounting staff with electronic and in‑person invoice retrieval for various office‑related requests.
