Development Officer - Major Gifts (3 Positions)

James Madison University seeks three Development Officers to lead fundraising initiatives in support of faculty, students, and programs. You will design plans, identify and solicit major gifts, and manage a portfolio of ~100 prospects, coordinating with campus partners to achieve fundraising goals. The role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
